The Swarasindhu notations
Users may download and /or print the pdf files for their personal use. Copies may be privately distributed for personal use, provided they are given away free, and no modifications are made to the original files provided by Swarasindhu.
http://www.swarasindhu.in/ is the only authentic and authorised source for downloading softcopies of the notations. The notations may not be uploaded or hosted on other websites, nor publicly distributed by any other electronic or print form.
Corrections and improvements, if any, shall be carried out by Swarasindhu and new versions will be released. Swarasindhu reserves the right to release new versions of the notations without notice.
Swarasindhu notations may not be bundled (as either print or softcopy) with other content for which there is a charge.
The Copyright for the notations provided in six scripts lies exclusively with Vidushi Smt. Nagarathna Sadasiva, including the the right for publication of the notations in print or any other form.
Music is an art and science that is primarily learnt by listening. Hence audio samples are indispensable for music education. In the same way, images such as portraits of great personalities in the field of music, serve as an inspiration to students who may study the lives of such worthy legends and derive useful lessons for their own progress.
It is Swarasindhu's policy to respect any Copyright that may apply. Swarasindhu does not support free download of original audio recordings, images, etc. that can be purchased, or require permission of its Copyright owners.
In case of any objection, copyright owners are requested to kindly bring it to the notice of Swarasindhu by E-mail to Swarasindhu Admin mentioning the following - details of the content, identity of its copyright owner, and nature of objection. Appropriate remedial action shall be taken by Swarasindhu.
In cases where Swarasindhu contains references to other websites, the user is advised to ascertain the copyright policies and security ratings of such external sites before accessing the content provided by them. Swarasindhu does not take responsibility for the content of other websites, including any malware in the referred websites. The reference to an external website may not be interpreted as endorsement of its content or security rating by Swarasindhu, nor does Swarasindhu keep track of any content updates on the referred pages.
Ensuring the appropriateness of References, Links, Articles, etc. shared by Users, with respect to content as well as copyright requirements, lies solely with the Users. Swarasindhu does not review/approve the user content. If Users do not wish to be responsible, they may desist from uploading any content into Swarasindhu.
